Nangulu Michael
Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Research and Public Policy. As Program Director and Co-Founder of CCUg, he is driven by a firm belief that education—especially for girls and women—is a powerful tool to reduce poverty and foster community transformation.
With over 10 years of experience in program design and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, counseling, proposal development, and research, Michael brings a deep commitment to evidence-based programming.
He plays a key role in leading the design, planning, and rollout of CCUg’s programs in alignment with the organization’s strategic priorities.
Michael is particularly passionate about the use of data and research to shape impactful interventions and influence policy change. His work reflects a strong intersection of community engagement, policy advocacy, and grassroots empowerment.
In his free time, Michael enjoys listening to music, planting flowers, reading novels, and writing both fiction and non-fiction stories.
