Bandoga Lionel
Lionel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies from Makerere University and has over 10 years of experience working with vulnerable communities—particularly Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC), in-school and out-of-school adolescents and youth, and teenage mothers.
As a Project Associate, his work includes organizing health education sessions, providing financial literacy sessions, facilitating Village Saving and Loans Associations (VSLAs) and producing high-quality photography and videography content to document and share impact stories.
Lionel is passionate about the social and economic empowerment of individuals and groups, which he believes is key to fostering self-reliance and resilience.
In his free time, he enjoys listening to life-changing podcasts, traveling, and fishing on the Nile River.
