She works with Mayuge district local government as a Senior Probation and Social Welfare officer. She has a lot of experience especially with issues concerning abuse of the vulnerable categories and advocating for their rights. She has worked with a number of Civil Society Organisations in the fight against violence among women, children and other vulnerable categories and these included Center for Domestic Violence, Uganda Women’s Network, Habitat for Humanity, Community Concerns Uganda and many others.
She has Bachelor’s degree in Community Psychology from Makerere University, a Post Graduate Diploma in gender equality in Post Conflict areas from the University of Iceland, an Administrative law officer’s course from Law development Center Kampala, in 2014 she attained a certificate in child protection from Makerere University and currently undertaking a Master Program in Women and Gender Studies.
